Activity Exposure
Today you will be completing an Activity Exposure! The activity you work on today can be something you listed on your Activity Ladder or something new that you want to practice doing. If you have set a values-based goal, you can work on that here as well. After you choose an activity, it is important to describe how you are going to complete it. Be specific! Then, choose 1-2 Coping Tools to support you along the way. Finally, complete your W.I.L.D. Scale ratings.
For example:
Activity: Go for a walk
How will I practice it? I will go for a 15 minute walk, outside, around the block in my neighborhood.
Coping Tools: Distraction, Movement Break
Use the space below to indicate and describe what you will do for your Activity Exposure and the specific details of how you will do it.
Select 1-2 items from your Coping Toolkit that you will use to help you if you get stuck.
Great work! See you tomorrow
