In the boxes below, you are going to set 2-3 long-term goals related to what you value about your physical health and wellbeing. Think of “long-term” as the next 3-months. Once you chose a goal, identify 1-2 barriers that might get in the way of meeting that goal, and then 1-2 possible solutions to those barriers. For example:
