The W.I.L.D. Scale

W.I.L.D. stands for Willingness, Importance, Likelihood of Success, and Difficulty.

Before each Activity Exposure, you will indicate how you feel in each of those areas about the activity you ate about to do. So, how willing (or not willing) are you about the activity you are about to do. Use the scale below to practice your W.I.L.D Scale ratings.

The W.I.L.D. Scale is one of the tools you will use during the Activity Exposure modules.

W: Not at all willing (no way)
Very willing
I: Not at all important
Very important
L: Not at all likely to succeed
Very likely to succeed
D: Very difficult
Not at all difficult
